To all the people who are facing severe irritation with áds not by this site here is how to remove it.

It is probably because of some company trying to market something.

For my personal experience, a extension called Coupon companion plugin is the culprit.

 I couldn't even disable it from the Chrome -> Settings -> Extensions -> Coupon Companion Plugin.

Uninstall it from Control Panel.

If still present,

So I went to Start -> Run -> Regedit
It opens the registry inventory. Press Ctrl + f and type in Companion and press delete button on keyboard. This Companion plugin is present at least 10 different locations in registry. Delete all of em.
