For me, giving quality output within designated time has always been my motive.

If I am not able to meet the deadline I will update the situation to team lead and project manager and will work as per their satisfaction.

I handle jobs by keeping the communication open.

I have a habit of dividing the task into subtask and assigning the deadline to each task. If I am not able to meet the deadline, I will reschedule my tasks and assign the deadline and make sure I will finish the task on time.

I will take it on the positive side and improve myself and make sure I will not repeat the mistakes again.

I work under pressure by prioritizing the tasks and work accordingly.

I like all my previous managers and I have excellent rapport with all of them and all of them know me by my first name.
How do you handle a tough manager?
I never came across a tough manager. Managers get tough only when we are not punctual and does n't meet our deadlines. I have always been punctual and finished the task on time and so never met a tough manager.
